Hatha yoga:

Ashtanga yoga:

vinyasa yoga:

vinyasa yoga comes out from the Astanga lineage, vinyasa is also a flow yoga style developed from the Astanga style of yoga vinyasa yoga is more flow yoga then Astanga it is like a dance vinyasa is called a freestyle yoga its more about the synchronization of breathing and movement and vinyasa is different from Astanga because Astanga have a particular series to practice but vinyasa you make your own series of asana to practice .the breathing style for vinyasa yoga is ujjayi breathing following the Astanga breathing, the use and purpose of ujjayi breathing in vinyasa yoga is to keep connected with your practice and stop the fluctuations of mind.

yin yoga:
