Is Vinyasa yoga hard to learn?
Good question. for a person who has never practiced yoga it can be difficult to do Vinyasa Yoga. I was in a group with one woman who never did yoga before. She have low physical strength, flexibility most of time but she never give up. From my personal experience with Vinyasa I can say : is possible find something what you will like it and than someday find the way take to Vinyasa. Is more about individual approach than thinking about if is Vinyasa yoga hard. So what I can recommended to you is explore Vinyasa yoga by your own.
